(Minneapolis, MN 4/20/2017) – Marshall Nguyen of Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies represented Tenant, Afro Deli, in the signing of a new space and lease in the old Dairy Queen location at 716 Washington Ave SE, Minneapolis near the U of M Campus and TCF Bank Stadium.  Marshall is new to the field of Commercial Real Estate and was able to find a rare, “home-run” location for his client.  Owner Kahin stated “Marshall and the CBC Team were great as they assisted me and did professional work which was very helpful and appreciated.  We are pursuing several new locations with them.”

The first day grand opening had over 1,700 guests through the door.  Several Minneapolis public officials attended the grand opening including State Senator Kari Dziedzic and City Councilman Ward 2, Cam Gordon.

Landlord was represented by Upland Real Estate who assisted in the transition to this great U of M location.

(Minneapolis, MN 9/4/2015) – We are pleased to announce the sale of 6009 Wayzata Blvd. to the Davis Group for a future medical/office development.  The Seller, Westside Office Park, LLC, was represented by Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Agents, Robert Bayer, Dale Severson and Rafik Moore.  Moore is Principal of VP Investment Properties Group for CBC Griffin, and was also the owner of the property.  The 33,724 sf property consists primarily of office space, but also houses auto sales, as well as the Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies’ office.  Westside Office Park is part of an assemblage of land acquired by Davis Group for their medical/office development.  The sale price was $3,200,000 and marks a significant sale on the 394 corridor.
