Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies Announces 2,636 Square Foot Lease Transaction

(Minneapolis, MN, 6/4/2013) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin announced that Jeff LaFavre, Senior Partner, has leased 2,636 square feet of office space at 621 Cleveland Ave S, St. Paul, MN to Sister Rosalind Gefre Massage and Wellness Center.  Sister Rosalind Gefre Massage and Wellness Center has signed a 10 year lease for the second floor of the building.  Tim Little of KW Commercial represented the tenant.  The first floor of 2,636 square feet remains available for lease and the building is for sale.  

Sister Rosalind Gefre Massage and Wellness Center also has a location in Burnsville.  They are the Official Therapists to the St. Paul Saints, and voted #1 in Massage Therapy by Readers’ Choice Awards for the Minnesota local Sun Media.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies Announces $365,000 7,147 Square Foot Transaction

(Minneapolis, MN May 21, 2013) – Wes Johnson Sr. VP & Dale Severson VP of Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies negotiated the signing of a $365,000.00  7,147 sq. ft. Retail Center for the seller, Central Bank with the buyer, Schultz Holding Company, for the retail property at 1351 Frost Avenue. 

Plans for the property include retail expansion for the current tenants Maplewood Bakery and Heritage Liquors, with additional retail space for new tenants.  Maplewood Bakery has been a neighborhood destination for walk-in customers and those catering special events wanting the freshest baked items.  Heritage Liquors provides one of the largest varieties of bottled beer in the state with a close affiliation with Beergeeks TV.

(Minneapolis, MN, 4/30/2013) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin announced that 1,006 sq. ft. of office space at Skyline Square in Burnsville was leased to Piccolino Psychological Services, Child Psychological Services, LLC and South Metro Assessment Specialists P.A. Justin Rath of Colliers International represented the Tenant.  Jeff LaFavre and Linda Steinbaugh of CBC Griffin represented the Landlord.

Skyline Square is a quality Class B office building located off of Burnsville Parkway in Burnsville’s Heart of the City.  The building provides a great alternative for companies looking for quality space, easy accessibility to 35W and many amenities within walking distance.
