Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies Announces $850,000, 12,694 SF Transaction

(Minneapolis, MN, 5/19/2015) –   The Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Special Assets & Retail Team of Dale Severson and Bob Bayer successfully completed the sale and closing of 1208 East 66th Street Strip Shopping Center in Richfield that included a nationally recognized Vet Clinic as a tenant.  The property is located within the highly visible re-development corridor on 66th Street in Richfield.  This was a 12,694 SF retail shopping strip center with significant opportunity for the investor/buyer to increase its value by leasing up to full vacancy with new tenants. (Minneapolis, MN 2/4/2015) – Dale Severson and Bob Bayer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies represented Spire Credit Union in the signing of a $1,725,000, 1.6 acre parcel of land for its new site in Woodbury.

Spire Credit Union purchased the land from City Place, LLC Development.  Formerly the State Farm site, Spire Credit Union will join other major retailers in this exciting new development.

(Minneapolis, MN, 12/17/2014) – Bob Bayer and Dale Severson of Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies represented the seller in the sale of Otsego Retail Center located at 15704 90th Street NE, Otsego, MN. The value of the transaction was $1,300,000.

Over the last two years, Bayer and Severson leased-up the once vacantOtsegoRetailCenterbuilding with 10 year leases beginning at $12 per square foot net rents, and then facilitated the sale of the property for the seller.  The property was sold to an investor.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies Welcomes Five New Members To Its Team

(Minneapolis, MN, 12/9/2014) – Father/son team Dick & Jason Tollette, Paul Lotzer, Lee Olson and Royce Pavelka have recently joined the team of Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies.

Father/Son team, Dick and Jason, will be leading the new Golf & Hospitality Brokerage Group.  Both have spent decades in the golf, hospitality and commercial real estate industries.  Jason was the head golf professional and general manager for the Izatys Resort, Blackbrook Golf Course and Sanctuary Golf Course in Minnesota and currently owns and operates The Tavern at Wild Marsh (public golf course) in Buffalo, MN.  Dick has spent the last 43 years as Golf Director at Bunker Hills Golf Course and has 30 years of consulting success on numerous projects throughout the Unites States.

Paul Lotzer has joined the new Banking Services Brokerage Group of CBC Griffin.  He has an extensive background in the commercial real estate, finance and banking industry.  He has extensive experience in teaching real estate courses and is an author and contributing writer for trade publications.  His achievements have included $150 million in total projects developed, over $3 billion in commercial lending transactions throughout theUnited States, over $150 million in development transactions, and $33 million in project profits.

Lee Olson has joined the CBC Griffin team to market Property Management, Facility Management and Building Maintenance Sales and also support the maintenance staff as needed. Lee has been in sales his entire career of over 48 years.  He first pioneered a new sales territory in Industrial Chemicals in the Missouri/Kansas for 18 years. During this time he acquired and managed his rental property for over 10 years and has experience in many facets of income property management and maintenance. He then pioneered a new territory in computer software-hardware sales to Medical Clinics in Greater Kansas City for 5 years and then pioneered a new territory in Surgery Management software/hardware based inMinneapolisto theMidweststates for nearly 10 years.  In 1995 he founded Interlink Concepts, a World Wide Web Presence Provider designing and hosting web sites until 2009.

Royce Pavelka has joined the Advisory Services Team of CBC Griffin as an Advisor. Royce began his work in real estate as an Association Manager with FirstService Residential, then Gittleman Management in 2011.  For three years he worked closely with financial growth/stability, community development, project coordination and strengthened client relations with the associations in his portfolio.  Royce focuses his efforts on building investment opportunities, coordinating/achieving goals with clients and investors, and Corporate Advisory.
